Research Interests:
Chemicals play a pivotal role in our life with several advantages as well as disadvantages to environment and human health. Understanding their transformations through reactions, transport through food chain and accumulation into biological organisms will help to evaluate their pharmacological as well as toxicological roles. Our primary research interests focused on
- Analytical method development and validation
- Metabolomics for toxicology, food Safety and phytoapplications
- Xenobiotics residue analysis
- Environmental monitoring and biomonitoring
- Biosimilars characterization
- Research to Regulatory Affairs
- Untargeted contaminants analysis
- Pharmaceutical analysis including impurity profiling and
forced degradation studies
Research highlights
Some of the research highlights of our work as follows,
- UA-DLLME/GC-MS methods for the analytes with/withoutpolar functional groups
- DES based DLLME for xenobiotics and their metabolites
- Multi-template based MIPs as SPE adsorbents for aflatoxins in food samples
- Metabolomics for toxicology and human exposure studies
- Metabolomics for plant and food safety applications
